Q: What types of materials are available with the Collins Writing Program?
We offer a full spectrum of free and for-purchase products to complement Collins Writing program implementation. All of our authors and developers have extensive teaching experience and spend hundreds of hours in classrooms each year. Our products and resources are classroom-tested to ensure that they integrate easily into classroom instruction, are easy to use, and deliver results. Q: What are the standard shipping charges?
Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. The MINIMUM shipping and handling charge on an order containing print products is $10 and is based upon the total cost of products ordered. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that special shipping rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska and international addresses. For shipping outside the continental U.S., additional shipping charges will apply. Orders for PDF and Word files are instant downloads. Shipping fees are not charged on downloadable products. Shipping fees are only calculated on physical products that need to be shipped.

Q: How do returns work?
We gladly accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Returned materials must be unused and in resalable condition. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we fill an order incorrectly.  If we do make an error, we will provide you with a return label. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: What is the Collins Education Associates Privacy Policy?
Collins Education Associates LLC will never knowingly release the information you provide to any third party without your prior explicit consent; unless otherwise required by law or to comply with a court ruling. We only use the information you provide to fulfill the services you request and to communicate with you on a periodic basis regarding company related matters that might be of interest to you.
