SATISFACTION RATINGS
Between
1986 and 2010, we conducted
almost 900 open-to-the-public workshops that were attended by 27,659 participants
from 29 states. In these workshops, we ask the question,
“Compared to other workshops you have attended, how would you rate
this workshop?” We use a 1 to 10 evaluation scale, with 1
designated “not effective at all”; 5, “an average experience”; and 10,
“one of the best I’ve attended". Our evaluations have averaged
higher than a 9.2 over the past 24 years.
