Essential Conventions Check Mate Poster – Level A (Gr. 4-6)

Essential Conventions classroom posters are oversized (27”X38”) to make them easy to view from anywhere in the classroom. Each poster provides at-a-glance reminders for students on essential rules. Each rule is numbered and presented just as it is in the Check Mate folder. This makes it easy for students to refer to their Check Mate for examples, reminders, and notes. The poster also makes it easy for teachers to assign convention-related FCAs for a writing assignment.
